    This involved tearing out the old floor, installing a new sub-floor, installing new baseboards, replacing all the counter-tops, replacing the sink, and disposing of the old materials. Jake and his assistant were excellent! They were punctual, respectful, reliable, and thoroughly professional. They showed up when they said they were going to show up (a rarity for contractors, I've noticed) and completed the job in the time Jake said they would. The workmanship was impeccable - floor's level, counters fit, trim is perfect. I would highly recommend Jake Lawson. In fact, I've already booked him for another job in the Spring!
