At Lawson, every project begins with a clear, well-defined process. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:

  • Reach out to us to schedule a free consultation. We’ll discuss your overall goals, preferences, and the functionality you need, whether it’s a new build, an addition, renovation or commercial work.

  • We perform a thorough assessment of your site to identify any unique characteristics or potential challenges that may influence the build.

  • Based on our discussions and the site evaluation, we’ll create a comprehensive project proposal. This will include a detailed scope of work, projected costs, and a tentative timeline.

  • Our design team will work with you to develop and refine the project plans. We ensure that every detail meets your needs and adheres to local building codes.

  • We manage all aspects of the permitting process, securing all necessary approvals to ensure your project meets all local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Once the plans and proposal are finalized and approved by you, we’ll draft a contract outlining the terms of the project, including payment schedules. Signing the contract will officially kick-start the project.

  • With the contract signed and permits in hand, our construction team takes over. We ensure a smooth build process, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates throughout the project.

  • Upon completion, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Any final adjustments are made before the official handover.
